Through outdoor recreation, we achieve the health and wellness that are vital to our community and our visitors. We will leverage the natural beauty, wonder, and serenity of our incredible parks to deliver enticing summer camps and other recreational opportunities while doubling employment of local youth.

Access to Parks
Access to the Parks provides scholarships to families based on financial need. This program supports about 1,500 children and an accompanying adult each year for year-round recreational activities at Oglebay and Wheeling Parks.
Crispin Center
Named after Earl Oglebay’s nephew Crispin, the Crispin Center was one of Oglebay Park’s first major guest buildings.
