Park shelters provide important community gathering and entertaining spaces. Upgrading the 75-year-old Schwertfeger Shelter is one way we are revitalizing Wheeling Park for the entire community. Renovations will make the shelter a more inviting place to entertain guests, including family members, friends, and staff.
